1. Terms and conditions for returns
* Returning products is possible within 14 days after receipt of the order. The period starts on the day after receipt of the order.
* Products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
* As a customer you are responsible for the costs and the risk of returning the products.
* Returning products is not possible for products that have been produced especially for you, such as personalized products. -
2. Return Procedure
* If you want to return a product, please contact us at the following email address: [insert customer service email address here]. State in your e-mail the order number, the reason for return and the products you want to return.
* We will then send you a confirmation of receipt of your request containing the instructions for returning the products.
* You must return the products to the following address as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to return the products to the following address: Veluwepad 16, 5691LR Son en Breugel.
* We will refund the purchase amount of the returned products to your account within 14 days after receipt of the products. -
3. Refund
* We will refund the full purchase price of the returned products, including any shipping costs you paid for the order.
* The refund will be made via the same payment method with which the original payment was made.
