Guarantee

1. Bulosa offers a warranty on all products sold on our webshop.
2. The warranty period depends on the type of product and is indicated on the product page and/or product description.
3. The warranty is only valid for defects caused by normal use of the product. Defects due to misuse, abuse or incorrect installation are excluded from the warranty.
4. If a product appears to be defective within the warranty period, the buyer must report this to Bulosa as soon as possible.
5. Bulosa will repair or replace the product, depending on the type of product and the severity of the defect.
6. The cost of repair or replacement is covered by the warranty, unless the defect has been caused by misuse, abuse or incorrect installation.
7. The warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser.
8. Bulosa reserves the right to inspect the product prior to granting the warranty.
9. The return of a defective product must be done according to the return procedure as described in our return policy.
