1. Order
1.1 When you place an order on Bulosa, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1.2 You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. Please check the details carefully and contact our customer service if something is wrong.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of technical problems or pricing errors. -
2. Delivery
2.1 Delivery is made by the seller. We are not responsible for the delivery of the product.
2.2 The delivery time may differ per seller. Please note that some products are delivered directly from abroad, so delivery may take longer than expected.
2.3 We strive to display the estimated delivery time on the product page as accurately as possible. Please note, however, that this is only an estimate and actual delivery times may vary.
2.4 You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when the product has been shipped. In this e-mail you will also find a track & trace code with which you can track the status of the delivery.
2.5 We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible. -
3. Shipping costs
3.1 The shipping costs may differ per seller and are shown on the product page.
3.2 If you order products from multiple sellers, multiple shipping costs may be charged. -
4. Receipt of the product
4.1 It is your responsibility to check the product for any defects or damage upon receipt.
4.2 If there are any problems with the product, please contact our customer service within 2 weeks of receipt. We will do our best to solve the problem and replace or refund the product. -
5. Return
5.1 If you wish to return the product, you can contact our customer service for further instructions.
5.2 You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, without giving reasons. Please note: some products are excluded from the right of return for hygienic or safety reasons.
5.3 The costs for return shipment are for your account, unless the product is defective or does not match the description on the website.
5.4 As soon as we have received the returned product, we will refund the purchase price.
