1. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. You can see the available payment methods during checkout.
2. Prices
All prices on our website are in Euros and include VAT. Prices may vary depending on the product and seller.
3. Billing
Once you have placed an order and payment has been received, we will send you an invoice by email. This invoice contains an overview of the order and the payment details.
4. Payment
Payment must be made in advance via the payment methods offered on our website. The payment is processed by our payment provider and takes place in a secure environment.
5. Shipping
After receiving the payment we will ship the order as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time depends on the product and the seller. The delivery time is stated during checkout.
6. Cancel
Canceling an order is possible as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service for this. If payment has already been processed, it will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation.
7. Disputes
In case of disputes about the payment, you should contact our customer service. We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.
